Dr Charles D. Edoh hails from Tokokoe (near Ho) in the Volta Region of Ghana. He is a professional teacher and he holds Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Arts Education (French), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Curriculum Studies with French, Bachelor of Education – Arts (B.Ed. Arts) with French Major and English Minor, all at the University of Cape Coast and Teachers’ Certificate ‘A’ at the then Mount Mary Training College.

He has since 2004 been teaching French and English at different levels of education in Ghana and he is currently a lecturer at Mount Mary College of Education, Somanya. Per his teaching philosophy, Dr. Edoh believes in creating a learner-centred learning environments in which the learner is in the driving seat of his/her own learning.

Coupled with his teaching experience, Dr Edoh is currently the General Secretary of Ghana Association of French Teachers (GAFT), a position he holds from 2019 to date. He was the Association’s Vice President (2015-2019) and its Central Regional Coordinator (2013-2017).
