Mr. Robert Kodjo Bissaba was born on 24th April 1972 at Anfoega in the Volta Region.

He had his Secondary education at Kpando Secondary School in 1993. He furthered his education at Dambai Teacher Training College as it was called then and obtained, Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’ in 1998. He currently holds M.A in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast.

As a professional teacher, he taught at all pre-tertiary levels of education. He served as the Headteacher of Famisah E/P Primary School in the current Chereponi District in the Northern Region.  He taught at Dadease and Antoa Senior High Schools all in the Ashanti Region. He held the office of a House Master and a Form Master respectively at Dadease Senior High and a Form Master at Antoa Senior High.

Mr. Bissaba left the classroom to join the District Education Office after graduating with his master’s degree in Human Resource Management. He worked at the Ada District Education Office, first as a Personnel Officer and later became the substantive District Human Resource Officer in 2018 which position he held until he Joined Mount Mary College of Education, Somanya in 2021.

He is currently the Assistant Registrar in charge of Human Resource of the College.  He serves on the following Committees:

 He is a professional Human Resource practitioner with a membership of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management, Ghana and a certified professional member of the Ghana National Association of Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioners, Ghana.
