Mr. Tobias Kossi Sika Attipoe is a seasoned academic and development practitioner with over eight years of experience in higher education. A dynamic, committed, pragmatic, knowledgeable and experienced facilitator with expertise in the teaching of French as a foreign language. Highly competent in designing language programmes for young and adult learners desiring to develop their communication skills. A confident teacher with the ability to impart knowledge to audiences at different levels using modern computer applications, and always ready to provide assistance to people with diverse language needs.
He currently serves as the Officer in charge of Staff Development, Research, and International Relations at Mount Mary College of Education, where he provides strategic leadership in building faculty capacity, fostering a vibrant research culture, and cultivating global academic partnerships. His work bridges institutional development and international engagement, contributing to the College’s mission of excellence and global relevance.
