Gifty Akorfa Tagborlo was born on the 8th of September, 1983 at Diaso in the Central Region of Ghana. She had her Senior Secondary School Certificate at Wesley Girl’s High School, Cape Coast and continued to the University of Cape Coast to have her Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics from 2002 to 2006. She then had her National Service at Ghana Senior Secondary School in Koforidua in the Eastern Region in the year 2007. She later had a teaching appointment at Mount Mary College of Education, Somanya in the year 2008. She obtained her Master of Education degree in Administration in Higher Education from University of Cape Coast and then to the University of Education, Education,Winneba in the year 2017 and graduated with a Master of Philosophy degree in Home Economics Education, in 2021.
She is currently an assistant Lecturer at Mount Mary College of Education, Somanya and is aspiring to pursue her Doctor of Philosophy degree in the coming year.
