Holds an MPhil and a B.Ed. in Guidance and Counselling from the University of Education, Winneba (UEW). She attended OLA Senior High School and later obtained the Certificate ‘A’ from St. Teresa’s Training College. She subsequently earned a Diploma in Basic Education through the distance education programme of the University of Cape Coast before completing a post-diploma bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Counselling at UEW.
With 22 years of teaching experience, Ms. Annang taught at the basic school level for seven years before serving as a District Guidance and Counselling Coordinator for six years. She is currently a Lecturer at Mount Mary College of Education, where she contributes to teacher education and educational research.
Her research interests include positive discipline, behaviour modification, classroom management, guidance and counselling, school climate, and student well-being.
Ms. Annang has co-authored publications, including Psychosocial Challenges and Their Effects on Senior High School Students in the Nanumba Municipality of Ghana (2021), published in the Journal of Advances in Education and Philosophy (Vol. 5, Issue 12), DOI: 10.36348/jaep.2021.v05i12.001, and Teacher Behaviour and Student Indiscipline at Teteku Senior High School in Ghana (2018).
